Sofia is a Senior Associate at Trilexica and an accomplished legal professional with more than 8 years of experience specializing in corporate transactions and projects. With a strong foundation in boutique law firms and a quick adaptability to complex legal matters, she has gained hands-on exposure across the entire deal cycle, from structuring to execution, enabling her to provide comprehensive legal analysis and strategic counsel. 

Her expertise covers general corporate matters, foreign investment, financing, loan restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, infrastructure projects, renewable energy, and construction. She has been actively involved in major infrastructure projects, including the Hot Back-Up Satellite Project, InJourney’s Restructuring of Airport Service & Cargo Handling Subsidiary, and the LRT Jabodebek Project. 

Sofia earned her Bachelor of Laws from the University of Indonesia and is a member of the Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI).
