Sakaka Pakpahan is an Associate at Trilexica, holding a law degree from Parahyangan Catholic University. While he has experience in litigation, his primary focus is on corporate law, financial services, and regulatory compliance. 

He has been involved in assisting clients with OJK registration for the Financial Sector Technology Innovation (ITSK) sandbox and advising on the acquisition of complex business licenses regulated by various government authorities. His work also covers capital markets, banking and finance, and corporate secretarial matters, where he helps clients navigate legal and regulatory frameworks. 

Sakaka has completed the PKPA (Special Education for the Advocate Profession) certification and has successfully passed the UPA (Advocate Profession Examination).
