Rainy is a Privacy Specialist at TRILEXICA, where she specializes in data privacy, technology, media, telecommunications and general corporate. Prior to joining TRILEXICA, Rainy gained valuable experience at a top-tier law firm in Indonesia, working as a paralegal in the Capital Markets and Antitrust teams. During her 2.5 years there, she supported major Capital Market transactions, including IPOs and securities offerings on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. 

Since joining TRILEXICA (before the merger, TRIFIDA AT LAW) in 2021, Rainy has expanded her expertise in data privacy, and technology, media and telecommunications (TMT), where she is working closely with various companies to carry out privacy compliance audits, privacy implementations and providing legal advice. Her diverse portfolio also includes carrying out legal assessment of blockchain sandbox projects in collaboration with the Indonesian Blockchain Association, as well as conducting legal analysis and regulatory drafting for government entities, such as the Ministry of Communication and Digital, Department of Transportation and Department of Water Resources of DKI Jakarta Province.  

Rainy graduated cum laude with a degree in Political Sciences from the Department of International Relations at Gadjah Mada University and is currently pursuing a law degree at Sekolah Tinggi Hukum Indonesia Jentera. She is also a member of the Personal Data Protection Practitioners Association (APPDI) and the Artificial Intelligence Research Collaboration and Innovation (KORIKA).
