Ida Bagus has more than 15 years of extensive experience in both corporate and litigation practice, having advised and represented clients in a wide range of complex legal matters while practicing at corporate and litigation law firms. His areas of specialization include Foreign Direct Investment, General Corporate matters, Commercial Litigation and dispute resolution, including arbitration, as well as Labour and Employment. He is widely experienced in employment law matters and is frequently invited to speak at professional forums and seminars. He advises and represents both employers and employees on strategic employment issues, disputes, and regulatory compliance. In addition, he regularly advises and represents individual clients in various civil and criminal proceedings.

Ida Bagus is fluent in both Indonesian and English, enabling him to effectively communicate and negotiate with a diverse range of clients and stakeholders.
