Yansen Manik is an Associate at Trilexica, focusing on corporate and capital markets matters. His experience includes advising on initial public offerings, pre-IPO readiness, cross-border listings, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, foreign investment, securities transactions, and general corporate and regulatory matters. He has been involved in transactions concerning Indonesian and international clients across a range of sectors.

Prior to joining Trilexica, Yansen practised at PwC Legal Indonesia (formerly Melly Darsa & Co.), where he gained experience in capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, government and public sector projects, and energy and sustainability matters. He obtained his Bachelor of Laws from Universitas Lampung, graduating with a GPA of 3.95/4.00, and has completed the Advocate Profession Special Education (PKPA) organised by PERADI.
