Yashinta Kosmanto

is an Associate at Trilexica at Law, where she focuses on litigation and commercial dispute resolution. She is involved in conducting legal research, preparing legal memoranda, and assisting in the drafting of court submissions and legal opinions. Her work includes analyzing legal and factual issues, reviewing evidence, and supporting dispute resolution strategies across civil, commercial, and employment matters.

Prior to joining Trilexica, Yashinta served as an in-house legal counsel, where she supported contract review, legal documentation, and corporate legal matters. She also gained experience through internships at prominent law firms, assisting in legal research, contract drafting, due diligence, and litigation support.

Yashinta graduated as the Best Graduate from the Faculty of Law, Universitas Trisakti, majoring in Business Law. During her studies, she served as executive director of the Trisakti Business Law Community, leading the organization and managing various legal seminars and academic programs. She also participated in national moot court, legal opinion, and contract drafting competitions, strengthening her legal analysis, drafting, and advocacy skills. Her thesis on security rights over aircraft objects reflects her interest in aviation and secured transactions.

She also speaks Hokkien and Chinese.
