Arief has more than 10 years of experience in legal industries with special focus on banks and financial institution. During the span of his carrier, he has had a varied career as a corporate lawyer on top-tier law firm, in-house counsel of giant technology company and commercial bank. Before joining Trilexica, he served as General Manager of Legal on one of the Commercial Bank (public company) in Indonesia. Arief’s career background enables him to understand the needs and demand of banks and financial institutions. Arief has extensive experience in Capital Market, Mergers and Acquisitions, Technology & Telecommunications, and General Corporate, which include series of high profile of capital markets and M&A deal on various sectors, including banks and financial institution, plantations, mining and petrochemical sectors.

Arief is fluent in both Indonesian and English, enabling him to effectively communicate and negotiate with a diverse range of clients and stakeholders.
